Earnova is designed to collect only information needed to operate accounts, localize grocery and restaurant savings, verify eligible rewards, reduce fraud, and process cash-out requests. This can include account details, ZIP Code, activity and reward records, device/security signals, and payout information handled by approved payment providers.
Earnova does not treat grocery or restaurant savings as cash earnings. Sensitive payout credentials should be collected by approved payout providers rather than stored directly in the mobile app whenever possible.
Before public launch, this page must be finalized with the operating legal entity, contact details, retention periods, user-rights procedures, service providers, jurisdiction-specific disclosures, and any required children/age policy.
