Earnova provides access to eligible reward opportunities and local savings offers. Rewards are subject to verification, provider eligibility, fraud controls, and the terms displayed for each activity. Earnova does not guarantee income or continuous offer availability.
Members must not use bots, duplicate accounts, falsified activity, manipulated devices, or other methods intended to obtain rewards that were not legitimately earned. Cash-out requests may be reviewed for fraud and payout eligibility, but legitimately earned balances will not be retroactively reduced solely because a campaign later becomes less profitable.
Before public launch, these terms must be finalized with the legal entity, dispute terms, eligibility rules, payout rules, account suspension/appeal process, prohibited conduct, limitation provisions, and required jurisdiction-specific language.
